Garibaldi August 11th and 12th

Friday fished from 6:30 a.m till 10:00 a.m. Four hatchery coho by 10:00 a.m. 160’ to 240’ off Twin Rocks, Spinfish 3.0 lemon head glow and double trouble. One native released, two other takedowns that did not stick.

Saturday fished from 6:30 till 11:00 a.m. Two rods, one native released and one hatchery kept. Tried different depths from about 150’ to 260’. Very rough and windy, dropped three pots in about 50’ between north Jetty and Twin Rocks, only 3 keepers, tons of females. Very slow fishing and crabbing. Using same gear as Friday.
