Smoked Salmon Spread - Always a hit

Put out a plate of smoked salmon and in a blink it is usually gone. Use it in a very tasty dip and it will last longer for large groups and convert some who avoid smoked fish.

1 block 8 oz cream cheese at room temp

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped green onion or chives

1 table spoon finely chopped garlic

1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped smoked salmon

mix all ingredients together well

add to taste hot sauce like Tabasco, Sriracha, or other

add salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt to taste

Cover and let set in refrigerator several hours (overnight is better)
