Had a few versions in mind in the end this was simple and required no original equipment changes.

RV Queen to RV King Modification in our ORV 21DBS *updated
Modified to fit a RV King instead of RV Queen and allow for the slide in to operate. Not pretty since I used strapping etc from things I had at the house but it works just fine for us.
RV new memory foam mattress
Mattress upgrade was a must, we endured for quite a while but decided to upgrade to better and larger mattress.
